At Zamaani Inspire Foundation, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to go to school and build a better future. 

Our “Education for All” project helps vulnerable children and refugee communities in Kanungu District, South Western Uganda, where poverty, displacement, and limited access to education rob countless children of this chance.

With many children in Refugee communities often missing out on school completely. 

This project aims to improve literacy and numeracy skills, reduce dropout rates especially among girls and foster hope and resilience within vulnerable communities.

By equipping children with the resources and tools they need, we break the vicious cycle of poverty and create a generation of empowered individuals ready to contribute meaningfully to their communities.

Project Objectives.

  • To provide scholastic materials and bursaries to underprivileged children and youth, ensuring access to quality education.
  • To offer Sanitary Pads to girls, reducing absenteeism and school dropouts due to the menstrual challenges.
  • To mentor young people in goal setting, leadership and personal development through programs such as "Dream Board" workshops, helping them visualize and work toward their aspirations.

What we have been able to do.

Each school term, we provide essential supplies such as books, pens, and uniforms to at least 250 pupils across 10 schools, to help them stay in school. 

In partnership with Metropolitan International University, we award 50 annual bursaries to orphans and refugees.

We support girl-child education by providing sanitary pads to 300 girls every year.

In addition, we engage the community through workshops, mentorship programs, and awareness campaigns, sensitizing parents on the value education and the importance of keeping their children in school.

  • For $188, you can cover a student’s tuition fees and essential school supplies for one term.
